The IAFL Dispute Resolution Committee warmly invites you to attend the 2nd webinar in its series that will continue discussing key themes concerning dispute resolution in the context of family law. The webinar will take place on Friday 8 December at 12 UTC/GMT. In particular, topics to be addressed will include:
- Mediation as a skill and training
- Screening and domestic violence
- Cultural issues
- 'Voice of the Child'
- Compulsory Mediation
