We have a Welcome from the European Chapter President, Alberto Perez Cedillo, who provides a round-up of the many activities of the Chapter including the European Chapter meeting in Venice which is just a few days away.
Once again, we are delighted to have so many informative articles from the IAFL European Chapter Fellows which include 'News on Illegal Displacement', 'Parental Responsibilities in Portugal' and 'Filiation and Parenthood: Proposal for a European Regulation'. We are also pleased two young lawyers have submitted articles.
