This session was delivered live as part of the Hot Topics in Family Law in Africa Webinar on Friday 5th February 2021. The audience were IAFL Fellows, Commonwealth Lawyers Association Members and Lawyers from Africa 

It was chaired by Patient (Pepsi) Samukelo Thuto (Botswana). The panel were Maria Mbeneka (Kenya - from the CLA), Adelaide Benneh Prempeh (Ghana), Fatoumata Diarra (Mali), Mbaye Fatou Bintou (Senegal), Euridce Baptista (Angola) and Ivete Mafundza (Mozambique).
