An experienced litigation lawyer with approximately 15 years of experience working in all types of law firms (onshore and offshore) and over 12 years post-qualification experience in family law practice. More specifically, dealing with mid to UHNW divorces, private law, children disputes and private client work. Sara is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer, and has worked at several Tier 1 Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 ranked firms in London, Windsor and Cheshire, UK.
Sara is presently employed as a partner at an offshore firm regarded as one of the premier family law departments on island, dealing with a wide range of family law and private client work including UHNW cases and international clients with assets spanning several jurisdictions. Sara frequently advises on offshore trust structures in the context of divorce and she is in the process of completing the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.
