Graduate Magna Cum Laude of the Federico II University of Naples in 1988, admitted to the Bar in 1992 and to the highest courts in 2008. Graduate Summa cum Laude in Canon Law at Pontifical Lateran University (Rome) in 1998. Francesco focuses his professional practice in civil law cases and in the areas of the law of individuals and family relationships, handling cases of matrimonial law, family law (separation/divorce and related Issues), juvenile law and matrimonial canon law, as well as related issues such real property, estate/inheritance, contracts, compensation for damages and debts collection. He also deals with issues in relation to children including recovering abducted children, custody, residence, visitation, contact and moves to another jurisdiction. He carries out litigation services before the Tribunals and Courts of merit (Ordinary Court, Juvenile Court, Catholic Church Courts, Court of Appeal) and before the Supreme Court of Cassation. He grants deep attention to the issues of transnational conflicts of laws (jurisdictions, enforcement of foreign judiciary decisions, separations/divorces, estate/inheritance and 1980 Hague Convention on the civil aspects of international child abduction) according to the European law, international private law and international conventions as well as cases of juvenile law, as special guardian and lawyer of the minor before the Juvenile Court. He also provides legal advice and assistance to foreign clients, often in connection with qualified lawyers around the world in providing integrated services aimed at aimed at ensuring the best approach from a practical and family governance point of view. He has been asked to provide for legal opinions and W.E.R. on issues of domestic law in relation to proceedings pending before foreign jurisdictional authorities.
