Profile
Sherry Ann McGregor holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of the West Indies and a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. She was called to the Jamaican Bar in 1999 and joined the firm of Nunes Scholefield DeLeon & Co. (NSD&Co.) in 2000.
She has been a partner in the Litigation Department at NSD&Co. since 2006, a certified mediator (2002) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (2018). She was the President of the Jamaican Bar Association (2016 - 2017), a Family Law tutor for five years and the author of numerous articles on Family Law for more than 15 years.
She appears before all courts in Jamaica, and Family Law has been the focus of her practice since 2005. She provides opinions and expert evidence on Jamaican Law in claims in the US and England, including international child abduction, custody and matrimonial property cases.
