Jessica Flint has been a practicing family law attorney in Oregon since 2011, focusing on traditional domestic relations matters as well as complex, cross-border family law disputes. As Of Counsel and Chair of the International Family Law Department at Gevurtz Menashe, P.C., Jessica represents clients in highly sensitive and intricate cases that often involve high-asset divorces, international child custody and visitation disputes, relocation, enforcement of foreign orders, and international child abduction matters. She is admitted to practice in Oregon State and Federal courts. She also routinely resolves matters through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and judicial settlement conferences. Jessica graduated from Willamette University in 2007 and Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in 2011. Jessica is Chair of the ABA Family Law Section’s International Law Committee and Liaison for the ABA International Law and Family Law sections. She also provides strategic consulting and expert testimony on international issues for other family law attorneys.
