Graduated in 1998, admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 2001, at the beginning of her carrier Francesca has practised as a business lawyer in leading law firms based in Milan. She joined Cesare Rimini’s law firm in 2004 and since then she practised on all aspects of family law with emphasis both on disputes involving business and corporate issues and on domestic and cross border proceedings. In 2013 Francesca established her own law firm based in Milan. Since then, she focused on international and EU family law as she has become a point of reference for several international firms that require consultancy in Italy on cross border matters. She is a trained collaborative lawyer since 2010. She is a trained professional according to the “program on negotiation” of the Harward Law School. Francesca is author of the volume “La Filiazione” published in 2007 and of the Abstract “Patti pre-matrimoniali” published in 2019. She habitually lectures on family law topics, with particular focus on international and EU family law, at external conferences and trainings.
