David Fink has over 38 years of experience in the field of Family Law, including 20 years as a litigator and 30 years as a mediator, working in a variety of dispute resolution models with families in the U.S. and abroad. Since 2023, David’s practice has been limited to neutral work as a mediator, private judge, and referee in financial and parenting disputes. He is a Certified Fellow and Past President (2008) of the Northern California Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has been Certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law for 32 years, David is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the California Bar Association and received the Family Law Section’s Distinguished Service Award in 2007. He has been selected as a Northern California “Super Lawyer” since its inception in 2004, and in 2006, was selected to the “Super Lawyers” Top 10.
