Profile
Eelco handles complex divorce and inheritance cases and frequently litigates. As both a lawyer and mediator, he is a member of the Association of Family and Inheritance Lawyers and Divorce Mediators (vFAS). Eelco graduated summa cum laude from the postgraduate specialization program in family law. He is also a member of the Association of Inheritance Law Specialists in the Netherlands (VEAN), where he currently serves as chairman.
In addition, Eelco publishes on matrimonial property law and inheritance law. He contributed to the Compendium of Inheritance Litigation Law and has authored several articles in legal journals. Furthermore, he teaches inheritance law at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and provides postgraduate education to lawyers, notaries, and tax advisors in the fields of matrimonial property law and inheritance law.
