Profile

Katie Lammers is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Board Certified Family Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She has represented hundreds of clients in family law matters, with experience in all phases of litigation including jury and bench trials, appeals, motion practice, summary judgment hearings, and ADR processes such as Early Neutral Evaluations. Katie is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and a trained family law mediator. She is actively involved in the legal community, serving as the AAML liaison to the Minnesota State Bar Association Assembly and participating in organizations such as the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Katie also mentors law students through the University of St. Thomas School of Law and regularly presents CLEs on topics such as divorce and bankruptcy, parenting plans, discovery, and family law motion practice.
