Asha Johnson Willins has been in practice in the British Virgin Islands for over 20 years. She practices from O'Neal Webster, one of the leading commerical and private client firms in the BVI. She represents clients before all levels of courts including the Privy Council.
She has a diverse practice in civil and commercial litigation, but a major part of her practice is family law. She has been involved in all of the reported relocation/leave to remove cases in the BVI.
