São Paulo Bar Association School and a Law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian
University. Lívia Possi is currently a PhD candidate at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III,
France, under the supervision of Prof. Mr. Hugues Fulchiron, in a cotutelle program with the
University of São Paulo (USP), co-supervised by Prof. Mr. Eduardo Tomasevicius. She is a
member of IBDFam, IBERC, the Family and Succession Law Commission of the São Paulo
Bar Association, the Brazilian Institute of Collaborative Practices, and the Association des
Avocats de la Famille et du Patrimoine. She works as a legal scholar in Lyon, France,
focusing on alternative dispute resolution methods and an interdisciplinary approach in
