Profile
Pol is a founding partner of MANSILLA & LLOP, Derecho de Familia | Family Law. He advises on all areas of family and inheritance law, in both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings. In addition to being a lawyer, he is a family mediator.
His practice covers divorce and the dissolution of civil partnerships, disputes concerning children, international relocation, complex financial disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, proceedings relating to legal capacity, and inheritance law.
He specialises in religious family law, advising on canonical annulments and divorce by mutual consent for Muslim couples who wish the effects of their separation to comply with sharia, always with full respect for public policy.
For many years, he has combined his professional practice with university lecturing in international family law and mediation.
