Profile
Marina Cardoso Dinamarco gratuated in Law from the "Universidade Luterana do Brasil", holds a postgraduate degree in Family Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, and a Master’s degree in Civil Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is a founding member of AIJUDEFA (Asociación Internacional de Juristas de Derecho de familia - International Association of Family Law Jurists), a member of the Brazilian Institute of Family and Succession Law (IBDFAM), and an active member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP). Marina is also a guest lecturer in postgraduate programs and a speaker at national and international events.
Marina ́s professional practice is fully dedicated to Family and Succession Law, with extensive experience in the prevention, management, and resolution of family disputes — including marriage, divorce, alimony, division of assets, child custody, guardianship, inheritance, wills, and interdiction — both in judicial and extrajudicial contexts.
