Profile

Adam’s practice encompasses all areas of family law, including divorce, parenting, property, support and domestic contracts. He is an accomplished advocate and acts on behalf of clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings, as well as before the courts at both trial and appellate levels. In 2020, Adam was appointed a Dispute Resolution Officer of the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and is a trained Mediator. 

Adam has received numerous accolades as a leading lawyer in family law in Canada and is recognized in Chambers High Net Worth, Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.  Adam shares his knowledge through various speaking engagements and his column in the National Post. He is a Co-Director of the Osgoode Certificate in Family Law Skills and Practice and taught the family law course as an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s University, Faculty of Law.
