Paula Camacho is a Colombian lawyer with an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University. She is a partner in the Family Law and Trusts & Estates teams at Brigard Urrutia, Colombia’s leading law firm, which she joined in 2012.
Paula’s practice focuses on advising clients on complex and sensitive matters such as succession and estate planning, family governance, prenuptial agreements, probates, divorce and custody.
She has provided counsel to families across multiple generations, often collaborating with top professionals internationally on cross-border family law issues. Her practice includes wealth management and family business restructuring, complementing her family law focus. With over six years as of counsel at a U.S.-based firm, she brings deep knowledge of cross-border estate planning and U.S. family law, strengthening her global approach to family law.
