Profile

Jaerey is a Partner at Payne Velasco and leads the firm’s Family and Matrimonial
Team. She brings extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious family law
matters, often involving complex international elements. Her practice spans a broad
spectrum, including divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, child custody and access
arrangements, international relocation, and financial settlements involving family trusts and
third-party claims. In addition to matrimonial work, Jaerey advises on probate, wills, and
guardianship of minors.
Jaerey is a trained family mediator, a Collaborative Practitioner, and Accredited Private
Financial Adjudicator. Jaerey sits as an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong
Family Law Association and a Committee Member of the Hong Kong Collaborative Practice
Group.
