I am an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been admitted to the Bar in 2004. I hold an LLB degree from Dr. B. A. M. University, India and LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex, UK. I equally hold a post-graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law; a post-graduate Diploma in International Development Studies from the University of Oslo, Norway; and two post- graduate Diplomas (i) Human Rights, and (ii) International Co-operation & Development from the United Nations University in Tokyo, Japan. I am a trained Mediator and Legislative drafter.
I am a Family law practitioner per excellence. I have grown my niche as your to-go-to expert in the non-traditional area of Gestational Surrogacy. I train fellow Advocates and I am often called upon to advise/provide legal opinion on Surrogacy matters to members of the Bench, international media, Fertility Clinics/Agencies in Kenya and abroad.
