My international practice focuses on the resolution of complex financial claims on divorce, particularly those involving overseas assets, trust arrangements, and cross-border tax structures. I also have experience in international children cases, including abduction and relocation.
Alongside regular instructions in London cases, I am one of a few lawyers based outside London with genuine expertise in complicated international matters.
I act for a broad range of clients and globally connected families. I also represent those who have experienced abuse or face allegations, including cases involving controlling and coercive behaviour. I take a collaborative, cross-border approach, working closely with lawyers in other jurisdictions and Counsel.
In 2016, I was awarded the IAFL European Young Lawyer Award. Known for my strategic, client-focused approach, I am independently recognised (Doyles; L500; Chambers; Spears) as a leading family lawyer, with a strong emphasis on client care and a reputation built on referrals.
