I exclusively practice family law with a unique mixture of regularly representing clients in high-asset divorces as well as modern family building involving assisted reproductive technology (ART) and adoptions. I am a fellow with the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA) and a fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). I handle matters involving drafting pre/post-marital agreements, divorces involving closely held businesses and professional practices, retirement orders, interstate disputes, contractual disputes, contested and uncontested adoptions, drafting and negotiating ART contracts, custody disputes, enforcement of court orders, guardianships, conservatorships, and protective orders. I often assist other attorneys in their cases that cross-over between general family law matters and adoptions or ART.
