Profile

Zofia practices both international and domestic family and succession law. She has been
working extensively in the cross – border cases, including the abduction and the right of
access cases, based on the Hague "children" conventions as well as in cases regarding
cross - border succession, such as succession of the real properties located in Poland.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the
English and EU Law Course (University of Cambridge). Admitted to the Warsaw Bar
Association as an attorney in 2005, entitled to appear before all Polish and EU courts and
ECJ.

Member of Family Law Section and Right of Children Section of WBA.

Engaged as a private expert for several cases before US courts concerning Polish and EU
family law.

Awarded with "The Child-Friendly Law Firm" Award ("Kancelaria Przyjazna Dziecku") by
Komitet Ochrony Praw Dziecka.

Member of LEPCA and MiKK.
