Keith A. Jones has focused his practice on family law -- divorce, custody, support, and guardianships. He has active and growing appellate and international components to his practice. He has handled seventy appeals and has four published decisions. In international law, he has handled cases involving Syria, Mexico, Ukraine, Nigeria, Italy, and Australia.
Throughout his career, Keith has been active in the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Family Law Sections. He served both as chairman. Currently, he serves as co-chair of the editorial board for the Family Law Practice Manual published by the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Family Law Section. The Practice Manual is a collection of scholarly papers explaining, analyzing, and interpreting family law and includes hundreds of forms.
Keith frequently teaches throughout the state. Topics include: Alimony, attorney fees, child support collection, same sex divorce, and common law marriage. He has testified twice before legislative committees on family law issues.
