Ewa Kodymowska-Sioła is a Polish Attorney-at-Law (Adwokat) and founder of an independent legal practice in Kraków, established in 2008. With over 19 years of professional experience, she specialises in family law and international family law, advising clients in divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, domestic abuse, relocation disputes and proceedings under the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. She regularly represents clients before Polish courts and acts in complex cross-border matters involving the United Kingdom, Italy and other jurisdictions. Ewa is also a Certified and Accredited Divorce Coach Practitioner, combining legal expertise with strategic coaching to help clients navigate the legal, practical and emotional aspects of separation and divorce. She is fluent in English and Italian and is listed as an attorney by the U.S. Consulate General in Kraków and the Embassy of Italy in Poland.
