Profile
I was born in Belgrade, Serbia, and came to the United States in 1992. I graduated summa cum laude from Lakeland College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing, and a minor in Economics, before earning my Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. I have been practicing family and immigration law since 2006 and have immersed myself in complicated cases. I have also assisted clients with Consular processing and questions related to property and probate issues with former Yugoslavian nationals. I have been a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, and Illinois Bar Association. I am the current President of the Society of Family Lawyers in Milwaukee for the 2025-2026 year, and I have been selected for the Power List of Family Lawyers in Wisconsin and named a Super Lawyer in Wisconsin since 2023 to present.
