Mr Waller, Board certified by the State Bar as a Family Law Specialist, has extensive experience in interstate and international family law issues, including custody, relocation, parental kidnapping and jurisdictional disputes. Mr Waller lectures on family law and consults with other attorneys in family law matters involving jurisdictional or complex issues. Mr Waller also prepares Pre and Post Martial Agreements. Mr Waller is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a member of the LACBA Family Law Section Executive Committee. He is a member of the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles County, Ventura County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. He is a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) and Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB). Mr Waller is rated AV by Martindale Hubble. He taught family law for sixteen years and has written a textbook on California Family Law (Wolters Kluwer, 7th edition), and a treatise titled "Essentials of California Family Law," (a study guide for attorneys seeking to become certified family law specialists).
