I am certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of Nevada. I practice exclusively in the area of family law. I handle all areas of domestic relations law, including marriage, domestic partnerships, premarital agreements, divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, parentage/paternity, guardianship, as well as all other domestic-relations issues. I also have a family formation practice (assisted reproductive technologies (ART), surrogacy, donor agreements, adoption, relinquishments, termination of parental rights). I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Dual Fellow (Adoption & ART) of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Law Attorneys. I am a member of the Nevada Bar Association (Family Law Section Member and LGBT Section Member), Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association (Family Law Section Member), Nevada Justice Association, American Fertility Association, Resolve: The National Infertility Association, National Center for Lesbian Rights, and National LGBT Bar Association. From 2010 to 2019, I was elected by my peers to serve on the State Bar of Nevada, Family Law Section, Executive Council (Chair 2017-2019, Vice Chair 2015-2017).
