Will was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2007 and has been a member of QEB since 2008. He is instructed in equal measure in high value financial cases and children cases. He is ranked in both the matrimonial finance and children law sections of Chambers & Partners, and has appeared in a number of recent ground-breaking cases in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Will is recognised as a specialist in international cases: divorce jurisdiction and forum disputes, international enforcement in financial and children cases, child abduction and relocation, and the protection of vulnerable adults under the inherent jurisdiction and in the Court of Protection. He has advised solicitors on English law across many EU & worldwide jurisdictions and has provided both written and oral evidence to overseas courts in the course of foreign proceedings. Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
