Linzi has a strong reputation in all areas of family law, including divorce, the financial implications of relationship breakdown, wealth protection through nuptial agreements and Children Act disputes, and often represents high net worth individuals in cases with an international element.  Linzi has acted in reported cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal.  She also acted for the safeguarder in in the Supreme Court case of XY (AP) (Appellant) (Scotland) [2020] UKSC 26.  Linzi is Head of the Modern Family Team at Penningtons Manches Cooper and has a particular interest in Modern Family cases including international surrogacy, AI and ARTs cases, polyamorous relationships.  Linzi is described in Chambers UK as ‘a smart, forward-thinking, intuitive family lawyer with exceptional client care skills’.
