Beatriz has been working in the field of family and succession since law school. She is an expert in wealth and succession planning when there are several jurisdictions involved. With great understanding of private international law and other fields of law, such as corporate and tax, Beatriz helps clients execute their wills, donations, marriages and civil union agreements, declarations of curatorship and advanced health directives, family and corporate governance, as well as create wealth structures, such as trusts.
She also has vast experience in voluntary jurisdiction and litigation, working with probate proceedings, changes of marital property regime, divorces, and other family and succession-related matters, always with an appreciation for friendly solutions and for preserving family bonds.
Beatriz graduated in Law from PUC-SP, where she also studied mediation. Additionally, she studied LL.M. in corporate law at Insper, and business at Babson College in Boston, USA.
