Adv. Robert Licht Petran received LL.B. degree (with honors) in 1999 and LL.M. degree (Magna Cum Laude) in 2004, and works on his JSD degree concerning spousal support and spousal property as a basic rights that necessitate judicial supervision and interference with Nuptial agreements including a worldwide research of different property regimes.
He has been practicing Family and Inheritance law for about 25 years since he was admitted to the Israeli bar in 1999, and is a lecturer on Family and Inheritance law (and also in the past other subjects) in universities and colleges and CLE programs in Israel and has published several articles. In 2018 he was admitted also to the NY bar and a substantial part of his practice is concerned with International Family and Inheritance law.
He is married to Sharon Licht Petran (one of Israel's most prominent Family and Inheritance lawyers) and they have 3 daughters.
