Amanda practised as a family law barrister in England and Wales for eleven years before moving to the Cayman Islands, where she has been based since 2021. Amanda is described in the Legal 500 (England and Wales) as a "tenacious" and "excellent advocate on her feet" with an "acute attention to detail".
With a primary focus on international family finance disputes and agreements, Amanda also regularly advises in matters concerning commercial, property and trusts litigation, enabling her to provide a complete service to high-net-worth matrimonial clients in cases involving all categories of assets, often held in multiple jurisdictions. Amanda also regularly advises clients in relation to associated children disputes, particularly with complex issues such as alleged harm, or in applications for international relocation.
