Ciara Matthews is a partner with Gallagher Shatter Solicitors with a special focus on Family Law. She is recognised as a leading practitioner in the area of family law and has over twenty-two years’ experience in all aspects of family law, with particular experience in complex, high value asset Judicial Separation and Divorce cases, many with an international dimension. She is regularly consulted in complex custody and access marital and non-marital disputes, including parental alienation, child abduction and relocation cases. She is consulted in adoption cases, both domestic and inter-country. She is the author and editor of Irish Family Law Precedents Services book published by Thomson Roundhall.
