Worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Dominican Republic, Law Department, and attended many international meetings regarding children's rights and work on the ratification process of the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction. Interim Judge, Tribunal of Boys, Girls and Adolescents of the National District (2003). Teacher of Family Law, Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (2006-). She worked for Jorge Mera & Villegas since 1994 to 2009 and opened up her own practice "DLJM Oficina de Abogados" on January 2010.
