Mr. Hirschberg is Florida Bar Board Certified in Marital and Family Law, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. He has been an active member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, where he served on the Executive Council from 2011 through 2023. Mr. Hirschberg is a past recipient of the Family Law Section’s Chair’s Award for Extraordinary Service (2020), as well as the Broward Bar’s Paul May Professionalism in Practice Award (2012). He is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been repeatedly selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, Florida Trend Legal Elite magazine, Florida Super Lawyers ("Top 100 Florida") magazine, and South Florida Legal Guide – Top Lawyers.
