Profile
Mindaugas Vaiciunas is an experienced family lawyer and a mediator with a demonstrated history of working on national, as well as on cross-border and international family law cases. His legal practice covers all legal issues related to family and private life, including children and finance, with a focus on parental disputes, especially those with an international element. He regularly shares his views, comments and perspectives on family law and alternative dispute resolution in the public domain.
Since 2009, he has been admitted to the practice of law as an advokatas in the Republic of Lithuania and ever since has been consistently focusing on family law matters. Since 2014, he has also been facilitating solutions in family disputes as a mediator.
Currently, he is a member of a full-service Baltic law firm WIDEN Legal, where he holds the position of Associate Partner for Family and Children Law.
