Qualified in Ireland in 1994 and member of the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales. Partner in the specialist family law only firm of Spain Toomey Solicitors based in Dublin. Graduated from Trinity College with LL.B and later an MBA and worked in corporate finance before specialising in the area of family law. Justin has been a member of the family law committee of the Law Society of Ireland, the family law committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Executive Committee of the Family Lawyers Association. Lectures and publishes articles on family law regularly. A leading international family law practitioner who has been involved in numerous landmark and substantial asset cases in Ireland, including many cases with an international dimension. Gives constructive, objective advice with a view to finding appropriate outcomes to family law disputes of all kinds and handles cases through the courts when necessary.
