Partner of LINK Lawyers in Amsterdam. Alexander gained vast experience in litigation. Specialised in asset allocation in international divorce situations and prejudgment attachments. Has expertise in international divorce forum and jurisdictional disputes. Alexander is a specialized child abduction lawyer (Hague and non-Hague). Member of The Dutch Association of International Child Abduction Lawyers (D.I.A.L). Has extensive experience in the use of new media in mediations. He is fully qualified as a vFAS divorce mediator (the Dutch Association of Family Lawyers and Divorce Mediators) and registered with the MfN (Dutch Mediators Federation). Between 2018 - 2023 Alexander was the President of the Dutch Association of Family Lawyers and Divorce Mediators (vFAS) and at the President of the Institute for Mediation and Family Education (IMFO), the educational institute of vFAS. On behalf of vFAS Alexander was a member of numerous committees.
