Kathleen is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has a degree in International Business from the University of Texas and worked as a corporate accountant prior to law school. Kathleen has been practicing family law her entire career, including participating in a family law clinic in law school. Kathleen is also a skilled mediator and dedicates much of her practice to family law mediation. Kathleen cares deeply about families and children and the emotional impact of divorce and custody on the family unit. Kathleen has extensive trial experience, including cases with international aspects, such as international abduction of children.
