Accredited by the Law Society of England and Wales as an Advanced Family Law Practitioner in International Child Abduction and Child Law. I am a Collaborative lawyer. I advise on divorce and financial matters; child custody; international child abduction and relocation. Several cases have been reported in the English law reports. My most recent in the Court of Appeal being Re: C (Children) (Abduction Article 13 (B)) [2018] EWCA Civ 2834. My clients come from the UK, Europe, North and South America, MENA, Australia and New Zealand. They have included a former Chief of Defence Staff and a Minister of State of a previous UK Government. I have a wide understanding of the impact of domestic abuse and substance misuse on many aspects of family law and seek protective measures, where necessary.
