Founding partner at Mehler Chiaverini Sociedade de Advogados (for over fifteen years). Member of the Brazilian Institute of Family Law (IBDFAM). Chairman of the CONIMA (National Council of Mediation and Arbitration Institutions) Mediation Committee for two years (2007 - 2008). Graduate in Law and holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy of Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP). Practice comprises all aspects of Family and Succession Law, especially divorce work, including children’s matters. She has a keen interest in cases with a foreign or international element.
