Profile

Founding member of Schipani & Norman, P.A. Schipani has served or serves as a co-chair of several committees of the Florida Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar, a fellow of the AAML and a lifetime member of the AAML Foundation. Recognised by Super Lawyers from 2015-2020. Schipani has lectured numerous times on domestic family law issues, including spearheading the first lecture on special needs children and divorce by the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Admitted to practice in the State Courts of Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida where Schipani has litigated Hague child abduction cases and is on the U.S. State Department list of Hague attorneys. Being of Italian descent, Schipani is currently awaiting his Italian Citizenship and studying the Italian Language.
