Paul C McCarthy is a Senior Counsel. He was called to the Bar of Ireland in 1989 to the Inner Bar in 2016. He has spent almost all of his career as a barrister working in the field of Family Law and principally in the area of Divorce and Judicial separation. He has featured in many of the leading Irish cases dealing with financial provision and ancillary relief in the last 25 years. He regularly addresses conferences on topics of interest and developments in the Irish family Law sphere.
