Krysta has practiced family law exclusively for over 28 years; acting primarily as a mediator and arbitrator for the last 10 years. Krysta has extensive mediation, DV and Meeting with Children training, completed the ADRIA Arbitration Course and has instructed many courses. Krysta’s goal is to resolve family law disputes without unnecessary conflict by utilizing collaborative family law, negotiation, mediation, arbitration. Litigation is a last resort. Krysta has been named by the Canadian Legal Lexpert ® Directory and Woodward White Inc. as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada every year since inception; including Lawyer of the Year, Family Law Mediation (Calgary) in 2025 and 2020, and Lawyer of the Year 2015, Family Law, (Calgary) by Best Lawyers.
