Ms. Strauss brought over a decade of complex commercial litigation experience to the practice of family law when she joined Bronstein Van Veen LLC, one of the pre-eminent firms in New York, in 2016. In 2023, she became a partner in the new matrimonial firm Rottenstreich Farley Bronstein Fisher Potter Hodas LLP, with offices in New York and Florida. Ms. Strauss has represented high net worth clients in divorce and custody litigation and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She has extensive experience in high-conflict litigation involving complex discovery, business asset valuation, fine art collections, and international jurisdictional issues.
