I bring more than three decades of experience in California family law to my work as a neutral at Signature Resolution. As a Certified Family Law Specialist, AAML Fellow, and AAML Certified Mediator, I devote my practice exclusively to private dispute resolution. Throughout my career, I have been committed to providing a process that is respectful, transparent, and centered on helping families move forward with clarity and confidence. My background includes extensive experience in high net worth dissolutions involving complex business interests, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and other hard to value assets. I also have significant experience in high conflict custody matters, including cases involving children resisting contact, gatekeeping concerns, and relocation issues. I strive to blend technical precision with an understanding of family dynamics so that the solutions reached are both fair and lasting. Before transitioning full time into neutral work, I served as Senior Principal at Flicker, Kerin, Kruger and Bissada LLP in Silicon Valley, where I spent more than two decades representing clients in complex financial and custody matters. I have also served as a mediator since the early 2000s. This experience shaped my appreciation for thoughtful preparation and crafting creative resolutions. I remain active in the legal community as a past President of the Northern California Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and as a frequent lecturer for AAML, AFCC, and state and local bar associations.Languages Spoken: English, French, some understanding of Arabic
