Michèle Bissada is the Senior Principal at Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP, located in the heart of Silicon Valley, California. She is a seasoned mediator with a prominent litigation background. She specializes in both complex financial and custody matters. She has expertise in navigating and guiding parties through complex venture capital, hedge fund and private equity cases, as well as the most complex custody issues. In 2025, Ms. Bissada has begun devoting her entire practice to neutral work, including mediation, settlement judging, and all-purpose temporary private judging. She is a Fellow of AAML and IAFL; a Certified Family Law Specialist (ACFLS); an AFCC Member; and was the 2023 President of the AAML Northern California Chapter.
