Rebecca is a Principal Lawyer and Head of the Family Law practice at KCL Law. Having dedicated her practice solely to family law for more than 25 years, Rebecca has extensive expertise and experience in all aspects of family law including parenting, property, child support and international matters.
Rebecca's experience includes having acted in relation to parenting disputes including international and interstate relocations and matters involving welfare concerns regarding children, property disputes including matters involving complex corporate structures and third parties, child support disputes and advising overseas clients. Her practice includes international family law including jurisdictional and forum disputes and advising clients in relation to matters concerning the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Rebecca has been recognised by Doyle's Guide and Lawyers in Australia for her work in family law.
