Profile

I am a director at Miller du Toit Cloete Inc, a specialist family law firm in Cape Town, South Africa, and I have practiced as a specialist family lawyer since my admission in 2011.

In addition to my experience in Regional and High Court family law litigation, I also have a keen interest in, practical understanding of and experience in artificial reproductive technologies ("ART"), both in South Africa and abroad.

I am an ardent researcher and have written and presented many papers at our firm's annual family law conference.

I have also travelled extensively, both nationally and internationally, to both attend and present papers at conferences/workshops hosted by, including but not limited to, the International Surrogacy Forum, The Department of Social Development, the International Association of Family Lawyers and the International Bar Association.
