I have been practicing in the area of family law since my bar call in 2008. I became a partner within 1 year of practice and remain committed to the communities I serve, my clients, my partners, and my own family. I am a husband of over 24 years and the father of two children aged 18 & 16. I am actively involved in hockey as a coach, amoung other sports, since my own playing career ended many years ago. My practice began like most young associates, working in a number of different arreas of law. I have focused the past 12 years on divorce, non-married separations, property for married and the unmarried, mobility, child protection law, famiy violence, Emergency Protection Orders and Restrainig Orders. I have handled countless child custody matters within Canada and outside of Canada. I am fortunate to have had a number of opportunties to deal with inter and intra Canada family law issues that include international matters under the Hague Convention. We offer 2 locations: Cold Lake; and Calgary.
