This session was the fourth of the year with three new European Chapter fellows outlining a recent significant legislative reform or landmark case law in their jurisdiction, Mark Hands (England & Wales), Ewa Kodymowska Sioła (Poland) and Elena Perepechkina (Russian Federation) spoke on the following topics:
- The first Russian Supreme Court ruling in an international child abduction case in July, 2026.
- Practical Challenges that can arise after a Hague Return Order has been made in Poland.
- Conduct in Financial Remedies: Exceptional Cases or Emerging Trend?
